"I connected with CHP last year, at a time when my mother's living arrangements were changing and her care needs were complicated. I wouldn't have gotten through this phase without the personalized and attentive guidance of CHP's Melanie. Not only did she support me with my mother's physical needs, she helped me understand and navigate the relevant rules and regulations. The caregivers have been wonderful and if there were ever any questions, CHP has been very responsive to our inquiries. Mom has since moved to Long Term Care but we have chosen to maintain daily social visits with the CHP Personal Support Workers. I like that the company uses an app through which the PSWs can leave notes about how Mom was doing that day, and what they did on their visit. I cannot recommend CHP highly enough!"
